Ms. Baird is a consultant with Apollo BBC, Inc. Her responsibilities include structural design and analysis, field evaluation and testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic architecture, and project management. Apollo BBC provides its expertise and integrated services, including structural, building envelope, and mechanical systems consulting, to its clients nationwide.

Ms. Baird is a technical expert in the areas of structural engineering design and analysis, building enclosure analysis, in situ testing of architectural components, and whole building air barrier testing.   She is experienced in dealing with new construction as well as retrofit and repair applications.

Ms. Baird holds two masters degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy: a Masters in Architecture and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration on structures.

Ms. Baird is a Leadership in Energy Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Her key professional focuses include forensic analysis of assemblies, structural systems analysis and design, and field based testing of architectural components.

Prior to joining Apollo BBC, Ms. Baird provided structural engineering and design consulting services for a Chicago, Illinois based engineering firm and architectural design services for an Ann Arbor, Michigan based architectural engineering firm.
